  • This is a very important topic and we all do ourselves harm by refusing to talk about it or take it seriously.
    Personally, for me work is the main source of stress that I’ve allowed to become constant in my life. I’ve learned how to manage stress by practicing yoga and meditation, though I still feel it in my body. I don’t believe these kinds of supplements, but the main difference yoga and meditation have made for me is being in control of stress.
    I don’t really think there’s any way in which we could completely get rid of stress, nor I think that we should.
