    I wouldn’t be without chia seeds now. I started taking them because they are high in the B vitamins. I decided these would be better and I could ditch my Vitamin B tablets. They are so versatile. I usually have them in my healthy pancakes. A mashed banana, about a tablespoon of chia seeds, 2 eggs and a couple of tablespoons of quinoa powder. Mix altogether and fry in coconut oil. Top with fresh fruit salad, honey and cinnamon.
