    I read this post and decided to try oil pulling as (embarrassingly) my husband told me I had bad breath. I had some coconut oil on hand so gave oil pulling a go for a week. WOW! It has made such a difference to how my mouth feels. I have now been doing oil pulling most days for a month and I no longer have bad breath – plus my mouth feels cleaner and fresher. Great post, thank you!
