Very interesting. What is the difference between choline, citicoline and phosphatidylcholine? Are there benefits of using one form over the other? Thanks!

For me the best thing I have used is NT Factor

    • Hi Lawrie – Happy New Year! Our naturopath, Kristie, has this reply for you …

Quite simply, citicoline is a molecule made from choline. Phosphatidylcholine is made from citicoline. The benefit of taking citicoline is that is bypasses the process of the body manufacturing this from the more simple choline molecule, thus helping it to make phosphatidylcholine more easily. The NT Factor product is trademarked, and we do not carry this one. The Clinicians Brain Boost contains citicoline, and is well worth trying.

      Kind regards, Anya
