  • As you suggested food doesn’t detox by itself, but rather it can facilitate the process by providing nutrients and stimulating the relevant organs (Liver, Kidney, Intestine, Skin..). I usually tend to summarize the overall process with the DACE cycle: Digestion, Assimilation, Circulation, and Elimination. And I do not suggest any Detox, until the Elimination channels are clean enough to support it effectively.
