Now there’s no need to feel overwhelmed with where to start your new food journey. You won’t have to completely clean out your pantry of all food that isn’t on the ‘superfood’ list, it’s always best to start small. Some steps in the right direction could be swapping out white processed sugar for a natural sweetener such as stevia or honey, or perhaps throwing out the soft drinks for sparkling water instead. Many regular, processed ingredients like white flour can easily be replaced with healthier wholefood alternatives like oat flour.
